RIDE RECAP:

Another great ride through Canada! An amazing group of over 85+ riders! Certainly, our biggest group ride to date!

We managed to keep most of the faster riders together on the climbs, that never went over 5%. The scenery on this Canadian course was breathtaking (see photos below). Overall, a steady tempo ride for all! Thanks again to all of thoses who rode today! Also, for the first time, we had a group in the discord channel throughout the ride! Join us tomorrow as we ride in Italy!

COURSE COMMENTS:

This course is a middle distance course of 18.39 miles with an average gradient of 846 feet with a long downhill at 12.43 miles rounding out the overall gradient to about 1%. Most of the course is uphill in the beginning miles with some steady climbs at 4% grade at 7.43 miles. The course then steadily climbs to over 500 feet at the 12.43 mile mark followed by a downhill gradient of of 3-6 %. The course was added to ROUVY on August 15, 2023.
