Snake River Canyon | Wyoming

RIDE RECAP:

This was an amazing ride along the Snake River Canyon in beautiful Western Wyoming.

We had 110 riders sign up and over 60 riders who rode with our group today! This was a recovery ride, so we kept the ride around 2.0 watts/kg.

I have created a simple category for our upcoming group rides. Our group rides will be divided into 3 types of rides:

  1. Recocovery ride (2.0 to 2.5 watts/kg) average pacing.
  2. Chill Rides (2.5 to 3.0 watts/kg) average pacing.
  3. Tempo Rides (3.5 to 4.0 watts/kg) average pacing.

If you go to our main page, I’ve summarized the riding categories and will now attach & announce them in ROUVY where you register for the rides. I think everyone has different zones, but this will generalize the ride types. Thanks again for joining me on all of these group rides. They are growing!

I’ll be off this week, then returning on Jan 26th to start up again.

Thanks to everyone who participated today!
