RIDE RECAP: This is our 3rd Day to the ITALY RIDE WEEK SERIES! This week, we again, ride some epic courses in ITALY! Today, we do a nice recovery ride, mostly downhill, through San Piero to Castello Colannata in Italy. This is a short distance recovery ride, trying to keep the group together around 2.0 w/kg.

Castello Colonnata is located in Mercato Saraceno, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It is historically linked to the Rocca di Arnara, which was acquired and transformed into a castle by the Colonna family in the early 1300s. The area is notable for its temperate oceanic climate and is conveniently situated near major roads and amenities.
