RIDE RECAP: This is our 4th day to the ITALY RIDE WEEK SERIES! This week, we again, ride some epic courses in ITALY! Today, we tackled the 55 mile (90km) ride “Challenge Sanremo” with it’s epic 10 mile climb at a 5.4% gradient. This is a long distance endurance ride, trying to keep the group together around 2.5 to 3.0 w/kg.

Sanremo,also spelled San Remo in English and formerly in Italian, is a comune (municipality) on the Mediterranean coast of Liguria, in northwestern Italy. Founded in Roman times, it has a population of 55,000, and is known as a tourist destination on the Italian Riviera. It hosts numerous cultural events, such as the Sanremo Music Festival and the Milan–San Remo cycling classic.
