RIDE RECAP: Today, we rode up a long climb of 4104 ft in France. Thanks to Duke for leading today. I was a little tired after yesterday, so staying back a little and saving 20-40% effort was nice. I didn’t realize how much power savings you get in a group ride with a leader. Nice! It was a fast ride downhill with a group sprint finish. Great ride for everyone!
